Responsabilidades e atribuições O Analista de Melhoria Contínua atua como agente de transformação cultural e operacional na empresa. O profissional será responsável por gerir o Programa de Melhoria Contínua vigente da Empresa, mapear processos, identificar desperdícios, estruturar projetos de otimização e implementar as metodologias de Lean Manufacturing. O objetivo principal é maximizar a eficiência, reduzir custos operacionais, elevar os níveis de qualidade e garantir a sustentabilidade dos resultados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades e AtribuiçõesMapeamento de Processos: Realizar o Mapeamento do Fluxo de Valor (VSM), cronometragem de tempos e métodos e identificação de gargalos no chão de fábrica;Implementação de Ferramentas Lean: Conduzir a instalação de ferramentas como 5S, Kanban, SMED (Troca Rápida de Ferramentas), Poka-Yoke e fluxo contínuo;Gestão do Programa: Apoiar a estruturação e evolução dos pilares técnicos (como: Manutenção Autônoma, Manutenção Planejada, Melhoria Focada, Controle de Qualidade, WO).Facilitação de Kaizens: Liderar workshops de Kaizen e projetos de solução de problemas complexos, engajando equipes multidisciplinares.Gestão à Vista e Padrões: Desenvolver quadros de gestão à vista nas áreas e garantir a padronização dos novos processos otimizados para sustentar os ganhos obtidos.Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs): Criar, monitorar e analisar indicadores operacionais (OEE, produtividade, refugo, lead time) para direcionar novas frentes de melhoria.Análise de Causa Raiz: Aplicar ferramentas de qualidade e solução de problemas como PDCA, MASP, Relatório A3, Diagrama de Ishikawa e 5 Porquês.Treinamento e Cultura: Multiplicar o conhecimento das metodologias ágeis e de melhoria contínua, capacitando novos colaboradores operadores e lideranças para fomentar a cultura de eliminação de perdas.

Requisitos e QualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Química ou áreas correlatas) ou Administração.Metodologias Básicas: Domínio prático dos conceitos e ferramentas de Lean Manufacturing.Metodologia Avançada: Experiência ou forte conhecimento na estrutura e auditorias da metodologia.Certificação Desejável: Certificação Lean Six Sigma (mínimo Green Belt) será considerada um diferencial.Softwares e Ferramentas: Excel avançado para análise de dados operacionais. Conhecimento em Power BI ou softwares de simulação/BPMN é altamente desejável.
