The posting

Buscamos profissional sênior para atuar na estruturação, avaliação e acompanhamento de investimentos em Reforços e Melhorias de transmissão.

A posição terá papel central na integração das visões técnica, regulatória, econômico-financeira e estratégica, apoiando a priorização dos investimentos e a tomada de decisão nos fóruns de Governança da Companhia.

O profissional também acompanhará a execução do portfólio aprovado, comparando a evolução dos projetos com as premissas de escopo, CAPEX, prazo, receita e retorno submetidas à Governança. Essa atuação está alinhada ao escopo da área de reunir oportunidades, coordenar a documentação para deliberação, estruturar os planos de negócio e monitorar o desempenho dos investimentos. 

Responsabilidades e atribuições Mapear e analisar oportunidades de investimento em Reforços e Melhorias. Avaliar estudos e documentos relacionados ao planejamento da expansão da transmissão. Coordenar a avaliação de novos projetos, conectando Negócios, Engenharia, Operação, Regulação, Finanças, Valuation, Suprimentos e Riscos. Analisar criticamente escopo, CAPEX, cronograma, desembolso, receita regulatória, riscos e retorno dos investimentos. Elaborar análises de viabilidade, cenários e sensibilidades para subsidiar decisões. Identificar oportunidades de otimização dos projetos sob a perspectiva de negócio. Consolidar informações e preparar materiais executivos para os fóruns de Governança. Traduzir temas técnicos complexos em recomendações claras para a tomada de decisão. Acompanhar a execução dos projetos aprovados e identificar antecipadamente desvios de custo, prazo, escopo ou retorno. Desenvolver reportes executivos, indicadores estratégicos e painéis de acompanhamento do portfólio. Contribuir para a melhoria, a padronização e a automação dos processos e das bases de dados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Graduação completa em Engenharia ou Economia; Experiência no setor elétrico, em transmissão de energia. Experiência em estruturação, avaliação, implantação ou gestão de projetos de infraestrutura ou energia. Conhecimento do modelo regulatório e do ambiente de negócios da transmissão no Brasil. Capacidade de integrar aspectos técnicos, regulatórios e econômico-financeiros. Experiência com análise de CAPEX, cronogramas, riscos e premissas de projetos. Capacidade de coordenar projetos e interfaces multidisciplinares. Comunicação executiva, capacidade de síntese e habilidade para defender recomendações. Excel avançado e domínio de apresentações executivas. Experiência com tratamento de bases de dados e ferramentas de BI.

Requisitos desejáveis

Experiência direta com Reforços e Melhorias de transmissão. Conhecimento de POTEE, PET/PELP, PAR/PEL, PMI, SGPMR e SIGET Conhecimento dos mecanismos regulatórios de remuneração da transmissão. Experiência em modelagem econômico-financeira, valuation, TIR e VPL. Conhecimento de RAP, WACC, fluxo de caixa e retorno ao acionista. Experiência com estimativa ou otimização de CAPEX de linhas de transmissão, subestações e equipamentos de alta tensão. Experiência com gestão de portfólio, SAP, Power BI ou ferramentas de gestão de projetos.
