Apoiar clientes em dúvidas funcionais, treinamentos de reciclagem e boas práticas de usoRegistrar interações, demandas e evoluções no CRMAtuar em conjunto com Suporte, Implantação, Produto, Comercial e Financeiro para resolver demandas e levar feedbacks dos clientesContribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e rotinas do time de CSRequisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão, TI ou áreas afins Experiência com atendimento ou relacionamento com clientes B2B, de preferência em CS ou Suporte Organização para gerenciar múltiplos clientes e prioridades

Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas presenciais a clientes

Experiência com empresas de SaaS Vivência com CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce ou similares) Conhecimento em manutenção industrial, predial ou facilities Familiaridade com indicadores como NPS, churn, health score
