Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferir documentos e dados cadastrais dos clientes, sinalizando inconsistências e solicitando as correções necessárias conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;Acompanhar a esteira de reservas e vendas no CV, atualizando controles e direcionando pendências aos responsáveis; Receber e conferir comprovantes de pagamento de sinal, garantindo sua correta anexação e registro no sistema;Apoiar o controle das notas fiscais de origem comercial, incluindo as relacionadas a comissões e premiações;Abrir chamados para o lançamento de notas fiscais e acompanhar o atendimento até a conclusão;Apoiar o acompanhamento dos processos de pagamento de comissões e premiações, conforme as regras vigentes; Comunicar à equipe comercial orientações e informações previamente definidas pela gestão sobre comissões, premiações e processos operacionais;Realizar transferências de leads entre corretores ou canais, seguindo os critérios e as autorizações estabelecidas;Apoiar o cadastro de corretores e imobiliárias, conferindo documentos e informações necessárias;Acompanhar a vigência do CRECI de corretores e imobiliárias, solicitando atualizações quando necessário;Prestar suporte inicial aos corretores e gestores em dúvidas relacionadas aos sistemas e processos comerciais; Atualizar planilhas, controles, fluxos, procedimentos e manuais da operação comercial;  Identificar problemas recorrentes na rotina e reportar oportunidades de melhoria ao responsável pela área. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade :Ensino Superior Cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Engenharia ou similar; Conhecimentos específicos:Excel intermediário;
