·      Criação e análise de relatórios e indicadores (Power BI, KPIs de mercado e rede)

·      Alinhamento estratégico das atividades comerciais com logística e consultores de campo para assuntos relacionados à administração de estoque de peças, visando atender o mercado e necessidades do pós-venda

·      Desenvolvimento e implementação de projetos de pós-venda com demandas do HQ

·      Consultoria e apoio comercial junto à rede de concessionários

·      Assessoria à gerência no desenvolvimento das estratégias, apresentações e processos internos

·      Gerenciar os objetivos com headquarter, Controlling e rede de concessionários

·      Monitoramento de metas do programa de qualidade da empresa para o pós-venda

·      Organização das instruções de trabalho do Pós-Venda

·      Suporte ao time comercial, visando atingimento das metas

·      Gestão em processos e sistemas, incluindo IA

Quais são os critérios mandatórios para esta função?

·      Formação superior

·      Conhecimentos avançados de excel e pacote office

·      Bons conhecimentos de Power BI ou ferramenta de análise de dados

·      Experiência em área comercial

·      Visão analítica 360 graus

·      Inglês intermediário

·      Habilidades Interpessoais: Boa comunicação, inteligência emocional, proatividade, gestão de tempo, gestão de projetos com áreas multifuncionais, trabalho em equipe e capacidade de conduzir reuniões com diferentes stakeholders.
