Buscamos um profissional para atuar no suporte às rotinas de atendimento e relacionamento com clientes, apoiando a área de forma generalista nas demandas do dia a dia.Essa posição terá contato com diferentes tipos de solicitações, fazendo o acompanhamento das demandas, direcionamento para as áreas responsáveis e garantindo que as informações sejam registradas e acompanhadas corretamente.Procuramos alguém comunicativo, organizado, proativo e com facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas e áreas da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento aos clientes por meio dos canais disponíveis;Receber, registrar e direcionar solicitações para as áreas responsáveis;Acompanhar demandas e realizar follow-up até a conclusão;Manter os clientes atualizados sobre o andamento das solicitações;Apoiar na tratativa de dúvidas, solicitações e ocorrências do dia a dia;Interagir com áreas internas como Comercial, Financeiro, Suporte Técnico e Operações para apoiar a resolução das demandas;Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento de prazos e atendimentos;Manter informações e registros atualizados nos sistemas internos;Identificar situações que necessitem de apoio ou escalonamento para a liderança;Apoiar a equipe em atividades administrativas e operacionais relacionadas ao atendimento;Contribuir com sugestões de melhoria nos processos e na experiência dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Perfil proativo e colaborativo;Facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas;Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office.Será um diferencialExperiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente;Vivência em rotinas administrativas ou de suporte;Experiência em empresas de Telecom ou Tecnologia;Conhecimento em CRM, sistemas de atendimento ou ferramentas de gestão de chamados.
