Responsável pelos processos de Pessoas e Cultura da unidade onde atua, incluindo as atividades de Ciclo de Pessoas, Projetos Corporativos, Diagnóstico de Pessoas e Cultura, Avaliação de Desempenho, Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Administração de Pessoal e Comunicação.Profissional irá atuar na execução das etapas do Ciclo de Pessoas, orientando e apoiando os Gestores no desenvolvimento das ações , visando a conclusão do Ciclo dentro dos prazos e qualidade requerida. Participar da execução dos Projetos Corporativos, realizando a comunicação adequada e acompanhando as ações necessária na Unidade que atua.Elaborar Diagnóstico de Pessoas e Cultura das equipes das Unidades.Participar do processo de Avaliação de Desempenho.Executar as atividades de Recrutamento e Seleção para posições operacionais.Realizar as ações de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, apoiando a liderança na elaboração das matrizes de treinamento, realizando o controle das LNT’s e executando a logística dos treinamentos. Executar as atividades da Folha de Pagamento como controle de ponto, inserção de dados no sistema, rescisão contratual, férias, dentre outras, atuando em conjunto com a área de Administração de Pessoal Corporativa.Executar as ações e campanhas de Comunicação desenvolvidas pela área de expertise, atuando como facilitador, a fim de assegurar que as ações sejam executadas conforme à estratégia definida. Atuar junto aos gestores e à área de Remuneração quanto aos possíveis movimentos de méritos e promoções da equipe, afim de preservar a equidade interna e acompanhar o orçamento de pessoal da área. Atuar como influenciador das boas práticas de gestão de pessoas.Desenvolver outras atividades inerentes ao cargo e limitadas ao nível da posição, desde que devidamente habilitado e que tenha o conhecimento e experiência necessária. Manter-se atualizado quanto aos avanços tecnológicos do seu setor de atuação.Preservar a promoção da saúde em geral. Promover e cumprir as disposições legais e os Procedimentos internos de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, bem como a preservação do Meio Ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo Conhecimento em rotinas de Administração de Pessoal Conhecimento generalista dos processos da área de Recursos Humanos Pessoas e Cultura Avaliação de Desempenho Treinamento e Desenvolvimento; Sistema de Gestão Gestão de Projetos
