Buscamos um Analista de Planejamento Senior para atuar na área de Supply Chain e Suprimentos, assumindo um papel estratégico na otimização de estoques e na eficiência operacional da nossa cadeia hospitalar.Nesta posição, você será responsável por garantir a alta disponibilidade de insumos e medicamentos essenciais, combinando capacidade analítica, gestão de indicadores e visão sistêmica para prevenir rupturas, otimizar custos e alinhar demandas junto às áreas parceiras. Se você possui sólida vivência no módulo SAP MM, domínio de metodologias de classificação de estoque e deseja gerar um impacto direto na rotina da saúde, essa oportunidade é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar compras de produtos hospitalares com base nas classificações de Curva ABC e Criticidade, alinhando disponibilidade e capital empregado.Realizar o acompanhamento contínuo de produtos a vencer, vencidos e sem movimentação, desenvolvendo ações preventivas e mitigatórias.Gerenciar o ciclo de suprimentos, garantindo o acompanhamento efetivo do fechamento de compras e entregas.Monitorar e controlar o índice de ruptura, garantindo o abastecimento contínuo das unidades.Liderar iniciativas e mapear processos de redução de custos (saving) na cadeia de suprimentos.Executar análise de compras x consumo, identificando desvios e oportunidades de otimização de estoque.Articular a movimentação de materiais entre hospitais e unidades operacionais.Avaliar e dimensionar demandas não recorrentes e sazonalidades nas variações de consumo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior (cursando ou completo) em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Excel intermediário ou avançado para construção e análise de dados.Experiência prévia em planejamento de demanda, gestão de estoque, suprimentos ou PCP.Domínio do sistema SAP – Módulo MM.Conhecimento no software GTPLAN.Conhecimento técnico em gestão de estoque (Curva ABC/XYZ).Desejável:Experiência no segmento hospitalar ou na área da saúde.Atuação consolidada com gestão de carteira e monitoramento de indicadores de ruptura e dias de estoque.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Segunda a Quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h | Sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h.Unidade:R.
