Somos responsáveis por transformar desafios de mercado em insights estratégicos para garantir que as iniciativas propostas façam sentido para a marca, mas também atendam ao shopper na sua jornada de compra em cada um dos canais..Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO profissional será responsável por: levantamento de informações do briefing, levantamento de benchmarks e referências de execuções de trade marketing de outras marcas, participação em brainstorms junto com o time de criação para desenvolver ideias estratégicas e inovadoras, apoio na estruturação de briefings criativos e organização e suporte na construção de apresentações.Skills necessárias:-Curiosidade ativa-Perfil analítico e estratégico, com sede por conhecimento e inovação;-Organização e capacidade de conectar informações de diferentes fontes;-Interesse por comportamento do consumidor, shopper e tendências de mercado;-Boa comunicação para interagir com diferentes áreas e transformar insights em direções estratégicas;-Redação e montagem de apresentaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações: Experiência em realização de pesquisas (análises da comunicação, relatórios de tendências, pesquisas com consumidor)Experência em desenvolver o plano estratégico de projetos de marketing/publicidadeMontagem de apresentações (PPT/Keynote) do conteúdo ao layoutPor conta dos clientes atendidos, é importante que o candidato tenha o mínimo de fluência em Inglês e desejável Espanhol.
