Construímos uma cultura forte, baseada em valores sólidos, que guiam nossas decisões, estratégias e a busca por profissionais alinhados ao nosso propósito.Acreditamos que desafios são oportunidades e buscamos talentos que compartilhem de nossos valores, contribuindo para um ambiente dinâmico e inspirador.Juntos, seguimos aprimorando nossa cultura e fortalecendo nosso compromisso de alimentar sua vida.Responsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos um(a) Analista de Planejamento Sr. para atuar em contrato temporário de 9 meses, com foco em MRP, planejamento de materiais e gestão de estoques, garantindo o abastecimento da operação e apoiando a implantação e evolução do MRP no SAP, em interface com PCP, Compras, Produção, Supply Chain e TI.Executar e acompanhar o MRP, analisando necessidades de materiais, estoques, pedidos em aberto e cobertura.Realizar acompanhamento do time de PCP na execução do planejamento de matérias-primas e materiais de embalagem, considerando demanda, lead time, lote mínimo, estoque de segurança e políticas de estoque.Analisar e atuar sobre situações de overstock, understock, ruptura e materiais críticos.Acompanhar indicadores de OTIF pedidos de compra, requisições, entregas e possíveis impactos no plano de produção.Participar ativamente da implantação/estruturação do MRP no SAP, incluindo testes, validações e identificação de melhorias.Validar e apoiar o saneamento de dados mestres de MRP, listas técnicas, versões de produção e parâmetros de planejamento.Desenvolver controles, indicadores e análises para acompanhamento da performance do planejamento e acuracidade dos dados.Identificar desvios de planejamento, realizar análise de causa e propor planos de ação.Documentar processos e apoiar a elaboração/revisão de instruções de trabalho e procedimentos de MRP.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Planejamento de Materiais / MRP / PCP.Conhecimento prático de SAP, preferencialmente módulo PP/MM.Experiência com execução, parametrização, testes ou implantação de MRP no SAP.Conhecimento de conceitos como lead time, estoque de segurança, lote mínimo, cobertura, ROP, MOQ, demanda e estoque projetado.Excel avançado; conhecimento em Power Query e Power BI será diferencial.Capacidade analítica para trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados e identificar inconsistências.Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar de forma transversal com Compras, Produção, PCP e TI.
