Tudo isso em um ambiente que desenvolve soluções inovadoras para a área da saúde, promovendo qualidade de vida e bem-estar.Se você tem olhar crítico para processos, sabe priorizar com inteligência e gosta de transformar complexidade em clareza, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuições- Mapear, documentar e atualizar processos e fluxos de trabalho do setor de atendimento;- Identificar gargalos, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos operacionais;- Analisar o impacto de mudanças em uma etapa sobre as demais, garantindo visão sistêmica e integrada;- Propor e implementar melhorias com foco em eficiência, padronização e qualidade da experiência do cliente;- Redigir e abrir tickets para as equipes técnicas, traduzindo necessidades operacionais de forma clara e estruturada;- Acompanhar o andamento dos chamados abertos, interagindo com equipes internas e fornecedores;- Criar e manter materiais de referência como manuais, procedimentos operacionais e guias de uso;- Apoiar a implementação de sistemas e ferramentas, realizando testes e validações;- Priorizar demandas de forma estratégica, equilibrando urgências e projetos em andamento;- Colaborar com diferentes áreas para garantir alinhamento e fluidez nos processos ponta a ponta.Requisitos e qualificações - Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas afins; - Experiência em mapeamento, documentação e melhoria de processos operacionais; - Facilidade para desenhar fluxos de trabalho e visão sistêmica para avaliar impactos entre etapas; - Conhecimento em modelagem de processos (BPMN ou similares); - Domínio de ferramentas de documentação e gestão de processos (ex: Miro, Notion ou similares); - Excel intermediário; - Boa escrita para elaboração de procedimentos, manuais e abertura de tickets; - Organização, capacidade de priorização e perfil analítico.
