Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar necessidades do negócio, processos e oportunidades de melhoria no produto;Acompanhar mudanças na legislação fiscal e avaliar seus impactos nas soluções;Mapear processos, regras de negócio e jornada dos usuários;Analisar erros e inconsistências, identificando causas e propondo correções ou melhorias;Levantar, detalhar e priorizar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais;Elaborar especificações, fluxos, protótipos e demais artefatos necessários para as soluções;Apresentar e alinhar as propostas de solução com as áreas envolvidas e o time técnico;Acompanhar as entregas durante as sprints, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos;Planejar e executar testes exploratórios e funcionais das soluções desenvolvidas;Homologar as entregas e registrar as inconsistências encontradas;Apoiar a implantação das soluções e a disseminação de conhecimento para os times envolvidos;Realizar repasses e treinamentos para equipes internas e, quando necessário, clientes;Estimar atividades e acompanhar a evolução das demandas até a conclusão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento, preferencialmente em Tecnologia, Administração, Contabilidade, Agronegócio ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em legislação fiscal e processos tributários;Conhecimento em documentos fiscais eletrônicos e obrigações acessórias;Interesse e capacidade de acompanhar mudanças na legislação e seus impactos nos produtos;Conhecimento ou experiência com processos de testes e validação de software;Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes;Boa capacidade de comunicação e interação com diferentes áreas;Informações adicionais🩺 Plano de Saúde Nacional;🦷 Plano Odontológico Nacional;💖 Seguro de Vida;😋 Vale Flexível, Alimentação/Refeição;🚌 Vale Transporte;🚗 Auxílio Deslocamento/ Home Office;📚 Universidade Corporativa;👩‍🎓 Parcerias Educacionais;🥇 Premiação por atingimento de resultado anuais;🤝 Bônus por Indicação;🧧 Premiação por tempo de casa;👶 Presente aos filhos recém-nascidos dos #Aliados;🎁 Presente exclusivo no seu aniversário;🏡 Em nossas unidades, você vai encontrar um ambiente super legal, cozinha equipada, lanche da manhã e, claro que não poderia faltar, aquele café quentinho ☕.
