Gerenciar o portfólio de projetos de IA e TI, assegurando entregas dentro de escopo, prazo e orçamento, atuando como facilitador entre áreas técnicas e stakeholders de negócio. 

Responsabilidades

• Planejar e gerenciar cronograma, escopo, custos e riscos de projetos de TI e IA 

• Facilitar cerimônias ágeis (sprints, dailies, retros) e garantir fluidez das entregas 

• Elaborar e manter documentação de projeto (charter, status reports, RAID log) 

• Gerenciar expectativas e comunicação com stakeholders internos e externos 

• Monitorar KPIs de progresso, qualidade e produtividade dos times 

• Identificar dependências, impedimentos e propor ações corretivas 

• Apoiar processos de change management e governance de projetos 

• Consolidar reportes executivos de avanço para liderança

Requisitos e qualificações• Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas 

• 5+ anos de experiência em gestão de projetos de TI 

• Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e/ou híbridas 

• Domínio de ferramentas de gestão (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ClickUp) 

• Capacidade de traduzir requisitos técnicos em linguagem de negócio 

• Habilidade em gestão de stakeholders e comunicação executiva 

• Excel/BI avançado para reportes e dashboards de projeto 

Diferenciais

• Certificações PMP, PSM, SAFe ou CSM 

• Experiência prévia com projetos de IA, dados ou analytics 

• Conhecimento de OKRs e frameworks de gestão de portfólio
