Estamos buscando um profissional para atuar em nossa equipe de TI,  em projetos de tecnologia junto com negócio, garantindo a tradução das necessidades do negócio em soluções eficientes e alinhadas à arquitetura de sistemas. Este profissional será responsável por conectar áreas de negócios e equipe técnicas, assegurando clareza nos requisitos e qualidades nas entregas.Responsabilidades e atribuições

Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais. Elaborar especificações funcionais detalhadas para desenvolvimento e integração de sistemas. Atuar como ponte entre stakeholders e equipe técnica, garantindo entendimento das demandas. Apoiar na definição de arquitetura funcional e fluxos de processos. Realizar validação e homologação das soluções entregues. Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e metodologias. Trabalhar em projetos multidisciplinares e comunicação clara com stakeholders.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, TI ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em levantamento e análise de requisitos. Conhecimento em modelagem de processos (BPMN) e documentação funcional. Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). Experiência com ERP, CRM e integrações entre sistemas. Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de requisitos (Jira, Confluence, Trello).Ter no mínimo 06 meses de empresa.Conhecimentos Técnicos: Conhecimentos em plataformas como ERP TOTVS Protheus, CRM Salesforce e WMS Senior.  Vivência em ambientes Ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). Noções de SQL para consultas simples e validação de dados. Conhecimentos em Dados, BI, DW, Analytics.Habilidades: Comunicação clara e assertiva para interagir com áreas técnicas e de negócio. Pensamento analítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas. Organização e atenção aos detalhes para garantir qualidade nas entregas. Colaboração e trabalho em equipe, atuando em projetos multidisciplinares.
