Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição da vaga

Buscamos profissional para atuar no Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, apoiando a manutenção da certificação ISO 9001.

É desejável experiência prévia em Qualidade, Sistemas de Gestão ou processos, preferencialmente em empresas de engenharia ou construção civil. O profissional atuará no acompanhamento de procedimentos, indicadores, auditorias, treinamentos e ações de melhoria.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e atualização de procedimentos e documentos do Sistema de Gestão; Acompanhar a aplicação dos procedimentos e processos internos; Apoiar a realização de auditorias internas e externas; Acompanhar indicadores da área e apoiar a elaboração de relatórios; Acompanhamento de ações corretivas e planos de melhoria; Apoiar a organização e realização de treinamentos relacionados aos procedimentos; Acompanhar auditorias de clientes e da ISO 9001; Apoiar a atualização do MSGI e demais documentos do Sistema de Gestão Integrada.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Conhecimento da ISO 9001 (Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade).Vivência com auditorias internas e externas.Conhecimento sobre controle e revisão de procedimentos, ITs e registros do SGQ.Gestão de não conformidades e planos de ação.Leitura e interpretação de normas técnicas e requisitos contratuais.Excel intermediário/avançado (análise de dados e indicadores).Qualificação:

Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão da Qualidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão da Qualidade, Sistemas de Gestão Integrados (SGI) ou Gestão de Processos será diferencial.

Excel, Power Point, Visio e outras ferramentas Office 365 MicrosoftCertificação como Auditor Líder ISO 9001 será diferencial.

Metodologias ágeis e de gestão de processos.
