Atuar como a principal autoridade técnica no atendimento a clientes corporativos de alto valor (Grandes Contas) e na resolução de incidentes críticos de Conectividade, Telefonia (Voz) e Segurança (Firewall). O Analista de Redes e Segurança Sênior resolve chamados escalados oriundos do N2 que não conseguiram resolver, focando em reduzir drasticamente o MTTR e impedir o acionamento da Engenharia. Além da atuação reativa, exerce papel de Liderança Técnica situacional, acompanhando ativações críticas, elaborando planos de ação preventivos, conduzindo o alinhamento e atuando como mentor para elevar o nível técnico de toda a equipe.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Troubleshooting Multi-Serviços de Alta Complexidade: Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes de última instância envolvendo roteamento avançado (BGP, OSPF, VPNs), plataformas de Telefonia (Sinalização SIP, PABX Virtual, E1) e plataformas de SVA (Segurança como Fortinet – Palo Alto e Wi-Fi como Ubiquiti), utilizando análise de pacotes (PCAP/Wireshark) e logs sistêmicos. Sustentação de Serviços Especiais (Segurança e Wi-Fi): Sustentar e aplicar políticas de segurança em Firewalls corporativos (SD-WAN, UTM, Antivírus de borda) e provisionar controladoras de Wi-Fi corporativo, garantindo a blindagem do ambiente do cliente conforme o projeto concedido.Gestão Técnica de Contas Críticas (Top Clients): Assumir o atendimento exclusivo (VIP) em incidentes de clientes estratégicos ou crônicos (rechamados), realizando interface direta com diretores de TI dos clientes, conduzindo reuniões (RCA - Root Cause Analysis) e cobrando operadoras fornecedores para garantir o SLA contratual. Mentoria e Liderança Técnica (Shadowing): Atuar como referência técnica do turno, conduzindo reuniões com os Analistas JR e PL para direcionamento de casos críticos. Mapear os gaps de conhecimento da equipe e estruturar treinamentos internos e Playbooks para a base de conhecimento junto com as áreas de Gestão de Conhecimento e Performance. Apoio a Projetos e Ativações: Trabalhar em sinergia com o time de Implantação e de Monitoração de Redes, avaliando os escopos da rede ao cliente antes da entrega. Acompanhar as atividades e upgrades de clientes da base para entender se existem reflexos que não foram dimensionados corretamente, garantindo o "Dia 0" da ativação sem impactos no suporte. Blindagem e Interface com a Engenharia (N3): Esgotar todos os testes lógicos e físicos de equipamentos (Datacom, Cisco, MikroTik, OLT, Huawei) e atuar em conjunto com os sistemas de monitoramento (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios). Escalar para a Engenharia apenas falhas estruturais massivas, atuando ativamente na comunicação e elaboração do RFO (Reason for Outage). Governança de Mudanças (GMUD) e Automação: Analisar preventivamente as aprovações de GMUDs em clientes, conduzir as GMUDs e dimensionar o impacto nos clientes. Propor melhorias e automações de processos no ITSM para acelerar o diagnóstico da equipe de N1 e aumentar o nível do N2.

Requisitos e qualificações ·         Ensino Superior completo

·         Pós- graduação/Especialização – cursos de preferência: Telecomunicações, Rede de Computadores, Ciência da Computação e áreas afins.

Conhecimento técnico em:

o Redes e Roteamento (Avançado): Profundo conhecimento em arquitetura TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLANs (QinQ), BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS e equipamentos de borda/core. o Infraestrutura Óptica: Sólido conhecimento em projetos GPON, orçamentos ópticos (dBm) e provisionamento em OLTs e ONUs. o Telefonia e SVA: Domínio em análise de sinalização SIP, E1, configuração de PABX Virtual, Firewalls corporativos, VPNs e Rotinas de Backup. o Ferramentas Operacionais: Expertise no uso de sistemas de Monitoramento (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana), Sistemas de Tickets (ITSM), ferramentas de análise (Wireshark) e pacote Office (Excel/PowerPoint para elaboração de relatórios gerenciais).
