, elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores. É importante ter boa capacidade de interpretação de dados, raciocínio lógico e atenção aos detalhes.

✅ Elaboração, atualização e acompanhamento de relatórios gerenciais de People Analytics;  ✅

Extração, consolidação e tratamento de dados provenientes de sistemas internos e bases de controle;  ✅

Atualização periódica de informações e indicadores;  ✅

Análise e conferência de dados para garantir a consistência e confiabilidade das informações reportadas;  ✅

Elaboração e manutenção de planilhas de controle;  ✅

Acompanhamento de volumetria, produtividade, prazos e demais indicadores;  ✅

Identificação e correção de inconsistências nas bases de dados;  ✅

Apoio na elaboração de apresentações e materiais gerenciais;✅

Apoio na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e automatização.Obs: Atuação Híbrida (3 vezes presencial por semana no escritório em Itaim Bibi - SP)Requisitos e qualificações🎯  Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em: Administração, Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Pessoas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Estatística, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.Experiência profissional:✅ Experiência com elaboração e atualização de relatórios, controles e indicadores;  ✅ 

Vivência com tratamento, consolidação e análise de bases de dados;  ✅ 

Experiência com Excel e manipulação de planilhas; ✅ 

Conhecimento de indicadores operacionais, volumetria, produtividade e acompanhamento de SLA;  ✅ 

Experiência com conferência e validação de informações; ✅ 

Conhecimento e experiência com inteligência artificial, será um diferencialInformática e nível de conhecimento:✅ Excel intermediário a avançado, com domínio de: Fórmulas e funções; Formatação e organização de planilhas; Tratamento e consolidação de bases de dados; Tabelas e cruzamento de informações; Construção e acompanhamento de indicadores; Elaboração de relatórios e dashboards; Organização e análise de dados.

Conhecimento do Pacote Office e/ou Google Workspace;  ✅
