Planejar, executar e acompanhar ações e programas de Responsabilidade Social da Concessionária, promovendo o relacionamento com comunidades, instituições públicas e privadas e demais partes interessadas;Apoiar e acompanhar os Programas de Comunicação Social, Educação Ambiental e demais programas socioambientais vinculados à concessão;Realizar o mapeamento, análise e engajamento de stakeholders, identificando demandas, expectativas e potenciais impactos sociais relacionados às operações;Desenvolver e acompanhar ações de relacionamento comunitário, campanhas, reuniões, atividades de campo e demais iniciativas de diálogo com as comunidades;Apoiar os processos de desapropriação, reassentamento e gestão de interferências sociais na faixa de domínio, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis;Apoiar o desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de projetos sociais e iniciativas de Investimento Social Privado;Apoiar a gestão das Leis de Incentivo, incluindo o mapeamento e avaliação de projetos, acompanhamento das destinações, interface com instituições beneficiadas e monitoramento das iniciativas apoiadas pela Companhia;Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios, indicadores, apresentações gerenciais e evidências das ações realizadas, garantindo a rastreabilidade das informações;Acompanhar o atendimento aos requisitos legais, condicionantes ambientais, Contrato de Concessão, PER e demais compromissos socioambientais aplicáveis;Acompanhar fornecedores, consultorias, auditorias e processos de verificação relacionados às iniciativas de Sustentabilidade e ESG;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Engenharia, Meio Ambiente, Operação, Comunicação, Sustentabilidade e demais áreas da Concessionária.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE PRECISAMOS Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Ambiental, Responsabilidade Social, Serviço Social ou áreas correlatasExperiência em Responsabilidade Social, relacionamento comunitário, gestão socioambiental ou áreas correlatasExperiência com gestão e acompanhamento de indicadores, elaboração de relatórios e apresentações gerenciais Experiência com relacionamento com comunidades e diferentes stakeholdersExperiência em empresas de infraestrutura, concessões ou operações rodoviáriasCNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens
