Mais do que executar tarefas, cada pessoa tem a oportunidade de gerar impacto real na vida de milhões de brasileiros todos os dias.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar e evoluir soluções de segurança relacionadas à infraestrutura corporativa;Implementar e sustentar controles de segurança em ambientes on-premises e cloud;Gerenciar controles de identidade e acesso (IAM), garantindo aderência ao princípio do menor privilégio;Administrar e evoluir soluções de PAM para controle e monitoramento de acessos privilegiados;Participar de projetos de implantação e evolução das soluções de SASE, ZTNA e arquiteturas Zero Trust;Apoiar a administração segura de Active Directory, Entra ID e demais serviços de diretório;Implementar e acompanhar políticas de hardening de servidores, estações de trabalho e dispositivos de rede;Atuar na gestão e remediação de vulnerabilidades identificadas em infraestrutura, sistemas e serviços;Avaliar arquiteturas, projetos e mudanças de infraestrutura sob a ótica da Segurança da Informação;Definir e acompanhar requisitos de segurança para ambientes corporativos, redes, nuvem e novas tecnologias;Monitorar e analisar alertas gerados pelas soluções de segurança, apoiando processos de investigação e resposta a incidentes;Propor melhorias contínuas nos controles de proteção, detecção e resposta;Apoiar iniciativas de conformidade relacionadas à Segurança da Informação e Proteção de Dados Pessoais;Elaborar e manter documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais, padrões e políticas de segurança;Realizar análise de riscos técnicos e apoiar a definição de planos de mitigação;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à Segurança da Informação;Acompanhar indicadores, métricas e relatórios executivos de segurança;Atuar como referência técnica para os demais membros da equipe e áreas parceiras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em áreas relacionadas à Tecnologia da Informação;Experiência sólida em Segurança da Informação, Cybersecurity ou Infraestrutura de Segurança;Conhecimento avançado em segurança de ambientes híbridos (on-premises e cloud);Experiência com gestão de identidades, acessos e contas privilegiadas (IAM/PAM);Experiência com segurança de redes, firewalls, VPN, WAF, NAC e demais controles de proteção;Conhecimento em soluções de defesa cibernética, como EDR/XDR, SIEM, NDR e ferramentas de monitoramento;Conhecimento em hardening e gestão de vulnerabilidades em servidores, endpoints e ambientes cloud;Conhecimento em segurança de ambientes AWS e/ou outras plataformas de nuvem;Conhecimento em frameworks e boas práticas de segurança (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK);Conhecimento em automação e scripting (Python, Bash ou PowerShell);Conhecimento em resposta a incidentes e análise de eventos de segurança;Conhecimento em requisitos de compliance e proteção de dados;Certificações em segurança, cloud ou infraestrutura são diferenciais.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:Alimentação e Transporte:Vale-refeição;Vale-transporte;de acordo com a convenção coletivaSaúde, Bem-estar & Qualidade de Vida:Plano de Saúde, conforme elegibilidade por localidade e cargo;Plano Odontológico por adesão;Seguro de Vida;Assistência Funeral;Desconto Ouro nas Farmácias Pague Menos;Quinta do colaborador;Convênio Farmácia, com desconto em folha de pagamento – Epharma;Programa de saúde da gestante;Programa de saúde mental;Wellhub – acesso a atividades físicas, mindfulness e outras opções de bem-estar;Ginástica laboral, conforme a localidade;Plano de Saúde para seu Pet.Desenvolvimento & Educação:Universidade Corporativa Pague Menos – Up Farma, com cursos e treinamentos;Educa Mais – condições especiais para graduação, pós-graduação, mentorias, cursos livres e idiomas.Mobilidade, viagens & Conectividade:Chip Pague Menos Celular;Descontos em aluguéis de carros;Descontos em passagens aéreasPara sua programação financeira:Bonus anual.Não fazemos distinção de cor, religião, orientação sexual, identidade de gênero, nacionalidade, deficiência ou idade.
