Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar carteira de clientes e performance do cliente no uso do produto durante toda a jornada;Buscar constantemente o alcance dos resultados desejados pelo cliente com objetivo de promover oportunidades de expansão e redução de riscos de churn;Realizar visitas presenciais e reuniões remotas, buscando sempre melhorar e potencializar o uso das nossas soluções, direcionando a atuação de ações para os resultados desejados pelo cliente;Entender o modelo de negócio dos clientes, identificando as necessidades de negócios;Acompanhar os critérios de sucesso do cliente, se antecipar aos problemas deles e identificar casos de uso que possam ser escaláveis em outros clientes;Apoiar na apresentação das melhores práticas de uso das soluções;Identificar gaps de atendimento/experiência a partir de feedbacks de clientesMonitorar sistematicamente indicadores de resultados, engajamento e satisfação dos clientes;Registrar as interações e informações relevantes sobre cada cliente, garantindo uma adequada gestão da informação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente;Experiência com gestão de carteira de clientes;Experiência em monitoramento de indicadores de resultados;Experiencia em CRM.
