Por isso, buscamos por pessoas com mentalidade de crescimento, valorizando perfis que tenham capacidade de adaptação, senso colaborativo e sejam motivadas pela inovação e pelo aprendizado contínuo.Faça parte da história de uma das empresas de tecnologia que mais cresce no país! 🚀#VempraOmieResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesO seu desafio:Liderar o onboarding de novos clientes com foco em alinhamento de expectativas, diagnóstico de necessidades e apoio nos primeiros acessos à adoção do sistema.Auxiliar no planejamento e execução das configurações essenciais, definição do cronograma de implantação e estruturação do ambiente de trabalho.Realizar treinamentos (individuais ou em grupo) para capacitar os usuários nas funcionalidades do sistema, reduzindo dependências operacionais.Desenvolver, atualizar e aprimorar conteúdos educativos e treinamentos para elevar o engajamento e a retenção do conhecimento.Gerenciar uma carteira de múltiplos setores, mapeando diferentes cenários, desafios e necessidades para transformar o Ecossistema Omie em resultados práticos.Monitorar a evolução da carteira, antecipar dúvidas e construir planos de ação para assegurar alta percepção de valor, satisfação e retenção.Mapear sinais de churn e desengajamento, atuando proativamente na resolução de problemas e aproveitamento de oportunidades de expansão.Gerenciar o contato consultivo por reuniões, ligações, e-mail e WhatsApp.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com gestão de carteiras de clientes saas.Vivência em Customer Success, atendimento consultivo, relacionamento ou gestão de contas.Experiência ou conhecimento em implementação/onboarding  de sistemas e de sua dinâmica operacional.Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente, mantendo qualidade e organização.Habilidade de comunicação com diferentes perfis, utilizando clareza, empatia e capacidade de negociação.Perfil consultivo, proativo e orientado à resolução de problemas.Facilidade para analisar indicadores, identificar riscos e oportunidades e transformar dados em planos de ação.Visão de negócio para conectar as necessidades do cliente às soluções do Ecossistema Omie.Capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, com autonomia e senso de urgência.Foco em adoção, satisfação, retenção e geração de valor para o cliente.Paixão por ajudar pessoas e construir relacionamentos de confiança.Diferenciais:Experiência em Customer Success B2B.Vivência com ERP e sistemas de gestão.Experiência com indicadores como Health Score, NPS, churn, adoção e engajamento.
