Responsável pelos serviços de análise e acompanhamento de suporte operacional, seguindo os padrões e processos da Contratante.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar que os backups estejam protegidos contra acessos não autorizados, além de seguir as melhores práticas de segurança da informação;Manter registros detalhados das estratégias, configurações, testes e incidentes relacionados aos backups;Desenvolver e manter planos de backup que atendam às necessidades da organização, incluindo frequência, tipos de backup (full, incremental, diferencial) e armazenamento;Instalar e configurar recursos de armazenamento, incluindo as definições de alta disponibilidade;Definir e implementar políticas de zonas no acesso a recursos do sistema de armazenamento;Através da ferramenta de gerência, proceder com as tarefas relacionadas às configurações e monitoração do sistema de armazenamento;Monitorar e otimizar, através da utilização de ferramentas de gerência, a utilização do sistema de armazenamento procedendo, quando necessário, com o balanceamento da carga evitando-se sobrecarga nos recursos;Acompanhar junto com as diversas equipes usuárias da rede de armazenamento (SAN), a taxa de crescimento efetivo do espaço, sinalizando para os gestores envolvidos a situação do sistema de armazenamento;Registrar todos os eventos de anormalidade relacionados com a rede de armazenamento (SAN), mantendo os gestores envolvidos cientes dos problemas;Elaborar e manter atualizada toda a documentação relacionada com os componentes que contemplam a solução de armazenamento;Acompanhar chamados abertos junto ao fornecedor para resolução de problemas de alta complexidade, relacionados a armazenamento;Participar de projetos, prestando informações técnicas sobre características e dimensionamento de recursos computacionais requeridos para suportar soluções de rede de armazenamento (SAN) e todos os seus componentes;Fazer análise das necessidades para dimensionamento de recursos na composição da infraestrutura de backup/restore;Propor alterações relativas à política de backup/restore em servidores utilizados no ambiente de produção;Instalar, configurar, atualizar e remover hardware/software de backup/restore nos ambientes de testes e produção;Acompanhar chamados abertos junto ao fornecedor para resolução de problemas de alta complexidade, relacionados à solução de backup/restore;Realizar testes de restore periodicamente, para validação dos backups realizados;Elaborar documentos técnicos versando sobre as melhores práticas para uso do software de backup/restore, para repasse e divulgação junto às equipes técnicas;Participar de projetos, prestando informações técnicas sobre características e dimensionamento de recursos computacionais requeridos para suportar soluções de backup/restore e todos os seus componentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesESCOLARIDADE· Superior Completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação (TI).RESIDENCIA· Morar em Fortaleza ou municipios proximos. EXPERIÊNCIA PROFISSIONAL· Experiência em segurança da informação.
