Este profissional atuará na resolução de problemas técnicos, suporte a usuários e otimização dos serviços de Hybrid Cloud.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFornecer suporte técnico para problemas relacionados a ambientes de Private e Public Cloud, assegurando que as interrupções sejam minimizadas e resolvidas rapidamente.Monitorar o desempenho dos serviços de Hybrid Cloud em tempo real, identificando e solucionando problemas de disponibilidade e desempenho.Colaborar com as equipes de TI e engenharia para implementar melhorias nos serviços de Hybrid Cloud.Participar na definição e implementação de políticas e procedimentos de suporte para ambientes de Hybrid Cloud, assegurando que estejam alinhados com as melhores práticas e regulamentações.Fornecer orientação e suporte técnico às equipes internas sobre o uso eficaz dos serviços de Hybrid Cloud.Desenvolver e manter documentação técnica relacionada aos ambientes de Hybrid Cloud, assegurando que as informações estejam atualizadas e acessíveis.Realizar testes de desempenho e segurança para avaliar a resiliência dos serviços em nuvem privada.Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências e tecnologias em Hybrid Cloud, aplicando esse conhecimento para melhorar as operações da Claranet.Participar na resposta a incidentes relacionados aos serviços de Hybrid Cloud, colaborando com as equipes de segurança e TI para mitigar impactos e restaurar a normalidade.Assegurar que todas as atividades relacionadas ao suporte de Hybrid Cloud estejam em conformidade com as regulamentações e políticas internas da Claranet.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de escolaridade: Graduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Computação, ou áreas afins. Certificações: Desejáveis em áreas como Cloud Computing (ex: VMware Certified Professional - VCP, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator). Cursos: Experiência em cursos avançados de suporte técnico em nuvem, administração de cloud, segurança em nuvem privada. Nível de idioma: Inglês intermediário. Habilidades específicas: Administração de ambientes de Private Cloud, suporte técnico avançado, otimização de serviços em nuvem privada.Informações adicionaisBenefícios e Facilidades:Café da manhã com pães e frutasModelo de Trabalho HíbridoAdiantamento de salárioAssistência médicaAssistência odontológicaSeguro de VidaAuxílio crecheVale alimentaçãoVale refeiçãoPLRVale transporteEmpréstimo consignadoParcerias com escolas de Inglês, Faculdades, Auxílio para Pets entre outras facilidades
