Buscamos um(a) Analista de Suporte Rural para implantar o AgroX Rural nas fazendas e apoiar os produtores no uso do sistema e do aplicativo de manejo agrícola. Você será o elo entre a nossa solução e o campo: vai treinar equipes, acompanhar a implantação e garantir que a tecnologia funcione na rotina da fazenda.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Fazendo parte do nosso time de Analista de Suporte Rural, você ira ser responsável por: Implantar o AgroX Rural em fazendas e propriedades, configurando o sistema conforme a realidade de cada produtor. Treinar produtores, gestores e equipes de campo no uso do sistema e do aplicativo de manejo agrícola. Realizar visitas in loco para implantação, acompanhamento e suporte. Apoiar o cliente na gestão de custos de produção, estoque, compras, financeiro e apuração de produtividade. Prestar suporte técnico e esclarecer dúvidas sobre o uso da plataforma. Levar ao time de produto os feedbacks e as necessidades observadas no campo. Registrar atendimentos, implantações e ocorrências nos processos internos.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior (cursando ou concluída) em Engenharia Agrícola, Agronomia, Zootecnia ou áreas afins. Boa comunicação, com facilidade para explicar conceitos técnicos de forma simples e didática. Familiaridade com a rotina de fazendas e com a produção agrícola e/ou pecuária. Facilidade para aprender e utilizar sistemas de gestão (ERP) e aplicativos móveis, e para ensiná-los a outras pessoas. Conhecimento em informática em nível de usuário avançado, principalmente Excel. Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas a propriedades rurais.
