Será responsável por manter a operação estável, implementar melhorias e atender às demandas das áreas de negócio, garantindo a eficiência dos processos de atendimento ao cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProfissional responsável por atuar na sustentação da plataforma Zendesk, integrando uma squad fixa dedicada ao suporte técnico e funcional do ambiente;Será responsável por manter a operação estável, implementar melhorias e atender às demandas das áreas de negócio, garantindo a eficiência dos processos de atendimento ao cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em áreas de tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com suporte técnico ou funcional em plataformas de atendimento (preferencialmente Zendesk), com atuação em correções, melhorias e parametrizações. Domínio do Zendesk Support (Administração geral) Criação e manutenção de macros, triggers, automações, visualizações (views) Configuração de ticket forms, campos personalizados e regras de negócios; Integrações via API REST, Webhooks e ferramentas como Zapier, Make ou similares; Conhecimento em relatórios e dashboards via Explore Noções de HTML, JSON e lógica de automação de processos Diferencial: experiência com canais omnichannel (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail, voz).
