Nossas vagas também são validas ao público PCD.#MedSênior hashtag#vagas hashtag#hiring hashtag#oportunidades hashtag#tecnologia hashtag#saúde hashtag#contratando 📌 Importante: não efetuamos cobranças de taxas em nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLançar documentos fiscais no sistema observando as regras pré-determinadas para garantir a correta contabilização e pagamento; Arquivar documentos fiscais, comprovantes de pagamentos efetuados e extratos bancários de acordo com tipo e competência, a fim de mantê-los organizados para busca futura ou atendimento do fisco; Analisar documentos fiscais recebidos e/ou solicitados, verificar dados cadastrais, finalidade, regularidade tributária e cumprimento de normas internas de pagamento, liberar para lançamento ou solicitar correção em caso de erros, a fim de garantir a correta contabilização; Lançar os dados de gastos com Cartão de Crédito Corporativo no sistema, após conciliação com os valores constantes em fatura para garantir a correta contabilização e pagamento; Conferir os pagamentos a realizar, verificando se constam todos os documentos conforme relatório do sistema, gerando as alçadas de pagamento para o Coordenador, a fim de garantir que sejam pagos no prazo acordado, com valor e forma de pagamento corretos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação Plena em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou afins;Desejável experiência com analise de documentos fiscais e pagamentos; Conhecimento em Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisTicket alimentação, Plano de Saúde, Plano Odontológico, Gympass, acolhimento psicológico, folga aniversário e muito mais.
