Buscamos um(a) Analista de testes/QApara atuar em um squad multidisciplinar responsável pela construção de um novo produto digital vinculado a um cliente do segmento financeiro. O profissional será responsável por garantir a qualidade funcional e técnica da solução, atuando de forma integrada com Product Owner, Squad Leader, Arquitetura, desenvolvedores Mobile e Backend durante todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento.O projeto contempla aplicações nativas iOS/Swift e Android/Kotlin, serviços Backend/APIs, arquitetura modular e utilização de Server-Driven UI (SDUI), exigindo uma estratégia de qualidade que considere toda a jornada ponta a ponta.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e executar a estratégia de testes do produto.Participar dos refinamentos de histórias junto ao Product Owner e ao time de desenvolvimento.Analisar requisitos, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite, identificando antecipadamente cenários, riscos e gaps de qualidade.Elaborar planos, cenários, casos e evidências de testes.Executar testes funcionais, regressivos, exploratórios, integração e End-to-End.Validar jornadas completas envolvendo aplicações Mobile, APIs, Backend e integrações.Realizar testes das aplicações nativas iOS e Android, considerando diferentes versões de sistemas operacionais e dispositivos.Validar funcionalidades relacionadas à criação de grupos, inclusão de participantes, lançamento de despesas, divisão/rateio de valores, saldos e demais jornadas do produto.Validar regras de negócio Realizar testes de APIs e serviços Backend.Validar contratos, payloads, códigos de retorno, tratamento de exceções e regras de negócio das APIs.Criar e manter testes automatizados para jornadas críticas do produto.Apoiar a implementação de testes automatizados dentro dos pipelines de CI/CD.Identificar, registrar, acompanhar e apoiar a análise de defeitos.Trabalhar junto aos desenvolvedores na identificação de causa raiz de problemas.Apoiar testes de performance, segurança, resiliência e disponibilidade.Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e contribuir para a melhoria contínua do processo de desenvolvimento

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência como Analista de Testes, QA Engineer ou função equivalente.Experiência com testes de aplicações Mobile.Experiência com testes de APIs.Conhecimento de estratégias e técnicas de testes de software.Experiência com automação de testes.Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis.Experiência com gestão de defeitos.Conhecimento de Git.Conhecimento de pipelines CI/CD.Capacidade de análise de logs para identificação de problemas.Conhecimento de bancos de dados e consultas SQL para validação de informações DiferenciaisExperiência em produtos financeiros de alta escala.Experiência com Super Apps.Experiência com Server-Driven UI.Conhecimento de AWS.Experiência com Kubernetes.Conhecimento de ferramentas de observabilidade como Grafana, OpenTelemetry ou equivalentes.Experiência com testes de performance utilizando ferramentas como JMeter ou K6. Conhecimentos de práticas DevSecOps e Quality Engineering.
