Procuramos um(a) Analista de Testes (QA) Junior apaixonado(a) por qualidade e inovação para liderar a estratégia de Garantia da Qualidade na construção do zero (greenfield) da nossa nova Plataforma de Renda Fixa. Neste desafio, você atuará na estruturação de planos de teste automatizados e manuais, alavancando a esteira com softwares especialistas e componentes de IA para geração automatizada de massas de teste e criação de cenários. Você trabalhará integrado aos times de desenvolvimento e produto, garantindo a integridade dos critérios de aceite e a resiliência das integrações com o Core Banking.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Responsabilidades e atribuições:Executar testes funcionais (manuais, exploratórios e regressivos) e registrar casos, execuções e evidências na plataforma Zephyr (Jira)Apoiar a criação e a manutenção de scripts de automação de testes para APIs REST e interfaces web, sob orientação do QA SêniorUsar ferramentas de IA Generativa (Gemini, Claude) para apoiar a escrita de cenários e a geração de massas de dados de testeApoiar o time de engenharia na validação das configurações de produtos e integrações de Renda Fixa com o Core Banking (Matera, Autbank ou similar)Identificar e reportar defeitos com documentação clara, logs e passos de reprodução, acompanhando o reteste até a correçãoValidar os critérios de aceite das histórias antes da entrega e participar dos rituais ágeis (Sprint Planning, Refinamento, Review e Retrospectiva)

Requisitos e qualificações:Gestão de Testes & Ferramentas: familiaridade com Zephyr (para Jira) ou ferramenta similar para registro e execução de casos de testeFundamentos de Testes: conhecimento de tipos e técnicas de teste (funcional, exploratório, regressivo) e escrita de cenários e casos de testeAutomação de Testes & IA: noções de automação com algum framework (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium ou similar) e interesse ativo no uso de ferramentas de IA (Gemini, Claude etc.) para apoio aos testes e geração de massas de testeAPIs & Integração: conhecimento básico de testes de APIs RESTful e JSON (Postman ou similar)Bancos de dados: SQL básico para consulta e conferência de dadosConhecimento de Negócio & Produtos: interesse pelo mercado financeiro e por produtos de Renda Fixa (CDB, RDB, LCI/LCA, LF, etc.) (desejável)Plataformas Bancárias: contato com plataformas de Core Banking como Matera, Autbank ou sistemas equivalentes (desejável)Testes Não Funcionais: noções de testes de performance/carga (JMeter, K6) e de segurança (desejável)Perfil comportamental (soft skills):Atenção aos Detalhes e Rigor Técnico: compromisso com a precisão nas entregas financeiras, garantindo um produto confiável (Foco no resultado)Aptidão para Aprendizado e Evolução: vontade de aprender, receptividade a feedbacks e à orientação do QA Sênior (Acreditar no potencial das pessoas)Curiosidade e Inovação: entusiasmo por novas tecnologias (IA e automação) para aumentar a eficiência dos testes (Inovação com propósito)Postura Crítica e Proatividade: fazer as perguntas certas sobre os requisitos e apontar riscos e dúvidas cedo (Mente empreendedora)Comunicação Clara: habilidade para descrever defeitos de forma objetiva para desenvolvedores e POsColaboração e Resiliência: capacidade de atuar de forma harmoniosa e flexível em um projeto greenfield de ritmo acelerado
