Valorizamos pessoas criativas, com brilho nos olhos e que assumem o protagonismo de suas entregas, contribuindo para um ambiente leve, dinâmico e orientado ao crescimento. Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de TI para compor nossa equipe.Responsabilidades e atribuições Atender, registrar e acompanhar chamados de suporte, priorizando demandas conforme o impacto na operação.Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas em computadores, impressoras, periféricos, aplicativos e demais recursos de TI.Instalar, configurar e atualizar equipamentos e softwares autorizados, seguindo os padrões da empresa.Prestar suporte aos sistemas utilizados na recepção, reservas, pontos de venda, administração e demais setores, acionando fornecedores quando necessário.Monitorar e apoiar o funcionamento da rede, dos links de internet e do Wi-Fi, incluindo os serviços disponibilizados aos hóspedes e condôminos.Apoiar tecnicamente os recursos de telefonia, controle de acesso e câmeras, conforme o escopo definido para TI.Criar, alterar e desativar contas de usuários e permissões mediante autorização, seguindo as políticas de acesso.Executar e acompanhar rotinas de manutenção preventiva, atualização e proteção dos equipamentos.Verificar a execução de backups e apoiar testes de recuperação, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos pela TI.Manter atualizado o inventário de equipamentos, licenças e recursos tecnológicos.Acompanhar fornecedores em atendimentos técnicos, instalações e manutenções.Orientar os usuários sobre o uso adequado dos sistemas e boas práticas de segurança da informação.Documentar configurações, soluções e procedimentos para facilitar atendimentos futuros.Apoiar a implantação de novos sistemas e melhorias na infraestrutura tecnológica.Comunicar incidentes, falhas recorrentes e necessidades de substituição ou atualização à gestão responsável.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação técnica em Informática ou ensino superior em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência com suporte técnico a usuários e manutenção de computadores.Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais, ferramentas de produtividade, redes e conectividade.Conhecimento básico em segurança da informação e controle de acessos.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente e atender demandas conforme a jornada e a escala definidas para o cargo.
