Como Analista de Transportes Jr. na SANY, você será responsável por apoiar os processos de expedição e transporte de equipamentos, realizando a conferência e validação de documentos, informações e condições necessárias para a liberação das cargas. Atuará na verificação de Notas Fiscais, CT-e, AET, comprovantes de pagamento e demais documentos aplicáveis, garantindo a conformidade entre a documentação e o equipamento efetivamente carregado. Também será responsável pelo registro de evidências do processo, acompanhamento de carregamentos e interface com as áreas envolvidas, contribuindo para a segurança, rastreabilidade e eficiência das operações de transporte. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferir e validar a documentação necessária para expedição e liberação dos equipamentos;Conferir Notas Fiscais, CT-e, AET, comprovantes de pagamento e demais documentos aplicáveis ao transporte;Verificar a correspondência entre as informações documentais e o equipamento efetivamente carregado;Conferir dados do conjunto transportador, incluindo cavalo mecânico, carreta e demais veículos envolvidos;Validar placas, identificação do equipamento, número de série e demais informações necessárias para a expedição;Garantir que autorizações e documentos obrigatórios estejam válidos e disponíveis antes da liberação do transporte;Identificar divergências documentais ou operacionais e acompanhar a regularização das pendências antes da liberação;Realizar e organizar registros fotográficos do equipamento, carregamento, conjunto transportador e saída do pátio;Manter documentos e evidências da expedição organizados e disponíveis para rastreabilidade e consultas;Registrar horários e demais informações relacionadas à entrada, carregamento e saída dos equipamentos;Manter interface com as áreas de Logística, Transporte, Estoque, Faturamento e demais áreas envolvidas;Apoiar a melhoria e padronização dos processos de conferência, expedição e transporte;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos relacionados à segurança, documentação e liberação dos equipamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Gestão de Transportes ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com logística, expedição, transporte de cargas ou controle documental;Conhecimento de documentos relacionados ao transporte rodoviário, especialmente CT-e, Nota Fiscal e AET;Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de controle administrativo;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de seguir procedimentos e checklists.Conhecimento sobre transporte de cargas especiais e/ou equipamentos pesados;Vivência com sistemas de gestão e registro de informações;Experiência com transportadoras, motoristas e operações de expedição;Conhecimento de processos de transporte rodoviário e logística de equipamentos.
