Analista de Vendas e Operações DigitaisEstamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Vendas e Operações Digitais para fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir diretamente para a construção e expansão das nossas vendas nos canais digitais.Essa pessoa atuará na estruturação, implantação e manutenção da nossa página de vendas digital, contribuindo para que os canais estejam sempre atualizados, organizados e preparados para gerar melhores resultados comerciais.

Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, organizado e proativo, que tenha facilidade com tecnologia, plataformas digitais e sistemas, além de interesse em contribuir com a construção de novas soluções para ampliar as vendas e melhorar a experiência dos clientes nos canais digitais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar os resultados de vendas dos canais digitais;Monitorar indicadores de vendas, pedidos e desempenho das plataformas;Apoiar a criação e execução de estratégias para aumentar as vendas nos canais digitais;Acompanhar as operações de delivery, iFood, 99Food e aplicativo de vendas;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e nos resultados;Realizar análises e controles utilizando Excel;Acompanhar campanhas, ações comerciais e resultados das plataformas;Apoiar as equipes envolvidas na operação digital, buscando maior eficiência e qualidade no atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão Comercial, Marketing Digital, Gestão de Vendas, Social Media;Experiência com vendas será um diferencial importante;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e plataformas digitais;Conhecimento em Excel;Perfil analítico, organizado e proativo;Boa comunicação;Interesse por vendas, resultados, tecnologia e estratégias comerciais.
