Sobre a áreaA área de Tributos sobre o Faturamento atua como Shared Service de todas as empresas do ecossistema Porto. Esta posição terá foco estratégico e técnica na vertical de Bank, sendo responsável por garantir a governança fiscal, compliance regulatório e eficiência tributária das operações financeiras, de crédito, investimentos, consórcios e arranjos de pagamento do grupo. Sendo suas principais atividades: escrituração fiscal, assessoria no registro contábil das provisões tributárias, apurações de impostos e guia de recolhimento, emissão de notas fiscais, suportes à Auditoria Interna e Externa, controle das contingências tributárias e elaboração e entrega das obrigações acessórias.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar tecnicamente a apuração de tributos indiretos incidentes sobre o faturamento do segmento financeiro (ISS, IOF, PIS e COFINS nos regimes cumulativo e não cumulativo);Garantir a governança e revisão analítica na entrega de obrigações acessórias Municipais, Estaduais e Federais, com destaque para DESIF, EFD Contribuições, EFD Reinf e SPED Fiscal;Validar conciliações contábeis complexas sob as regras de Contabilidade Avançada e plano de contas COSIF / Bacen, assegurando o correto registro das provisões tributárias;Atuar como ponto focal e conduzir de ponta a ponta os atendimentos a auditorias (internas e externas) e fiscalizações municipais, estaduais e federais;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, automação e mitigação de riscos nos processos fiscais, apoiando o desenho de novos produtos financeiros e regras de negócio;Acompanhar e avaliar os impactos das mudanças legislativas no setor financeiro, incluindo o planejamento e transição para o novo modelo de Reforma Tributária (IBS/CBS - regimes específicos).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou Administração.
