Buscamos um profissional pró-ativo, com excelente fluidez interpessoal para conduzir reuniões, alinhar fluxos com lideranças de áreas de negócio (Comercial, Produtos, Cadastro) e transformar dados em relatórios gerenciais e apresentações de alto impacto para a diretoria.Se você possui raciocínio lógico apurado, domina o tratamento de dados complexos e quer gerar impacto na relação com grandes parceiros, essa oportunidade é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuições Relacionamento Executivo & Stakeholders: Conduzir reuniões, alinhamentos e negociações com Gerentes e Coordenadores de áreas como Comercial, Produtos e Cadastro, garantindo a sinergia dos fluxos de trabalho.Reporte Gerencial & Apresentações: Elaborar e apresentar relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e suporte à tomada de decisão.Gestão e Expansão de Rede: Estruturar, manipular e expandir a rede de prestadores de serviços, assegurando cobertura geográfica, qualidade e nível de serviço (SLA).Gestão Operacional e Produtividade: Controlar demandas corporativas, monitorar o fluxo de tarefas, dimensionar a capacidade operacional e esforço do time e implementar ações de melhoria contínua.Manipulação de Dados & Mapeamento: Realizar a saneamento de bases de dados, definir layouts, estruturar relatórios e executar o mapeamento de processos da área de ponta a ponta.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Formação Acadêmica: Graduação completa em Áreas de Exatas (Engenharias, Economia, Administração, Estatística, Matemática ou cursos correlatos).Domínio Técnico: Pacote Office Avançado (Excel Avançado para tratamento, ajustes e fórmulas em bases complexas)Experiência Profissional: Vivência consolidada em gestão de prestadores, construção de redes parceiras e interface corporativa.Conhecimentos Específicos: Mapeamento de processos, controle de fluxo de trabalho, capacidade e gestão de produtividade.Desejável:Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de BI (Business Intelligence) como Power BI ou Tableau.Vivência na implementação de metodologias de melhoria contínua e gestão de indicadores.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Negócios, Projetos ou Processos.
