stamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Governança e Conformidade de TI para atuar em uma posição estratégica, apoiando a organização na implementação e manutenção de práticas de governança, gestão de contratos e fornecedores, conformidade e melhoria contínua dos processos de Tecnologia da Informação. O profissional terá interface com diferentes áreas da organização, contribuindo para garantir a aderência às políticas, normas, frameworks e regulamentações aplicáveis, além de acompanhar indicadores, contratos, SLAs e planos de ação. A posição possui atuação híbrida, com necessidade de presença de 2 a 3 vezes por semana.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Governança e Conformidade de TI

Apoiar a implementação, manutenção e evolução de políticas, normas e procedimentos de TI.

Garantir a aderência dos processos aos frameworks de governança e às regulamentações aplicáveis.

Participar de auditorias internas, apoiando a identificação de não conformidades e o acompanhamento dos respectivos planos de ação.

Mapear, documentar e revisar processos de TI, identificando lacunas de controle, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.

Apoiar o monitoramento de indicadores de desempenho, como KPIs e OKRs, contribuindo para a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e executivos.

Apoiar a identificação, acompanhamento e tratamento de riscos relacionados aos processos de TI.Gestão de Contratos e Fornecedores de TI

Controlar e monitorar o portfólio de contratos e fornecedores de Tecnologia.

Acompanhar vigências contratuais, renovações, reajustes e demais obrigações previstas nos contratos.

Apoiar processos de negociação, formalização e renovação contratual em conjunto com as áreas Jurídica, Financeira e Suprimentos.

Monitorar o cumprimento dos SLAs (Service Level Agreements), identificando desvios e acionando as áreas responsáveis para tratamento e correção.

Manter a base de contratos e fornecedores atualizada, organizada, íntegra e preparada para auditorias.

Apoiar o acompanhamento do desempenho dos fornecedores e a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.

Cultura e Melhoria Contínua

Apoiar a disseminação da cultura de Governança de TI na organização.

Contribuir para ações de comunicação, treinamento e conscientização relacionadas a governança e conformidade.

Participar de projetos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua em parceria com equipes multidisciplinares.

Contribuir para a evolução dos processos, controles e práticas de governança adotados pela organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos técnicos

Conhecimento em Governança de TI, especialmente baseado no framework COBIT 2019 ou superior.

Conhecimento em Gestão de Serviços de TI, com base em ITIL V3 ou superior.

Experiência com gestão de contratos e fornecedores de TI.

Conhecimento em acompanhamento e gestão de SLAs e indicadores de desempenho.

Conhecimento do Pacote Microsoft Office e/ou Google Workspace.

Experiência com ferramentas ITSM, GRC ou similares.

Conhecimento em processos, controles e documentação de TI.Diferenciais: Certificação ITIL Foundation.

Certificação COBIT Foundation.

Experiência com auditorias, compliance e gestão de riscos de TI.

Vivência em ambientes corporativos de médio ou grande porte.

Experiência com gestão de fornecedores e contratos de serviços de Tecnologia.
