Executar os processos de logística dentro da área de vendas , contemplando atividades de gestão de fretes, ocorrências, desenvolvimento novos parceiros, garantindo o cumprimento das regras, prazos e a eficiência dos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atendimento aos clientes e consultores através de informações solicitadas como: data de faturamento de pedidos, prazo de entrega, orientação e informação sobre produtos CBC e como adquiri-los, indicação de consultores

 Controlar indicadores, levantando as informações da área para subsidiar a gerência nas tomadas de decisões;

Administrar as ocorrências de transporte das mercadorias junto às transportadoras, tais como recusa de recebimento por parte do cliente final, extravio de documentação e produtos, avaria de mercadorias, retenção fiscal, devolução

Participar ativamente na solução de problemas decorrentes de divergências no atendimento ao cliente, levantando os motivos, de forma a garantir que haja uma solução satisfatória para os clientes, consultores e a empresa

Acompanhar o transporte de produtos junto às transportadoras desde a origem até o destino final nos casos de entrega com data programada ou urgente e nos retornos de mercadorias para a empresa.

Solicitação de coleta de materiais pela transportadora em clientes, destinados a conserto ou devolução

Manter atualizado o controle de devoluções e extravio de mercadorias, bem como o arquivo dos respectivos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de instrução desejável: Ensino Superior cursando ou completo, área ou correlatas

Competências Técnicas: Pacote Office  / Sistema de Gestão de Fretes e SAP , será diferencial
