Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Pleno de Proteção de Dados para atuar na gestão e proteção de dados pessoais, garantindo que os processos da organização estejam alinhados às boas práticas de privacidade e às legislações aplicáveis, especialmente a LGPD e, quando aplicável, o GDPR. O profissional terá atuação próxima a diferentes áreas do negócio, apoiando o mapeamento e tratamento de dados pessoais, gestão de riscos, conformidade, elaboração de políticas e orientação das áreas quanto às práticas de privacidade e proteção de dados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o mapeamento do ciclo de vida dos dados pessoais, identificando quais dados são coletados, utilizados, armazenados, compartilhados e descartados;

Identificar onde os dados pessoais estão armazenados, quem possui acesso e como são tratados pelos diferentes processos e áreas;

Apoiar a avaliação e gestão de riscos relacionados à privacidade e proteção de dados;

Realizar e apoiar Análises de Impacto à Proteção de Dados (DPIA/RIPD);

Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e atualização de políticas, normas, procedimentos e diretrizes de privacidade;

Orientar áreas como TI, RH, Marketing e demais áreas de negócio sobre boas práticas de proteção de dados;

Apoiar a elaboração e revisão de termos, avisos de privacidade e documentos relacionados ao tratamento de dados pessoais;

Atuar no atendimento e acompanhamento de solicitações de titulares de dados;

Apoiar o relacionamento com áreas internas e, quando aplicável, com autoridades reguladoras;

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos relacionados à privacidade e proteção de dados;

Apoiar ações de conscientização e treinamentos sobre privacidade e proteção de dados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Ensino superior completo em Direito, Ciência da Computação, Segurança da Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com Proteção de Dados, Privacidade ou Compliance;

Conhecimento da LGPD e seus principais conceitos e requisitos;

Conhecimento de boas práticas e conceitos relacionados ao GDPR será considerado;

Experiência com mapeamento de processos e dados pessoais;

Conhecimentos em gestão de riscos relacionados à privacidade;

Noções de Segurança da Informação e Cibersegurança;

Conhecimento em elaboração e revisão de políticas, procedimentos e documentos de privacidade;

Boa comunicação e facilidade para interação com diferentes áreas da organização.Diferenciais: Experiência com DPIA/RIPD;

Certificações ou cursos em Privacidade e Proteção de Dados;

Experiência com ferramentas de GRC, Privacy Management ou Data Mapping;

Conhecimento em Segurança da Informação, ISO 27001 e/ou ISO 27701;

Vivência em empresas de grande porte ou ambientes regulados.
