The posting

Empresa de grande porte do setor de serviços e soluções financeiras integradas busca profissional analítico e focado em soluções estruturadas para o time de Crédito e Risco. O(a) profissional atuará de maneira autônoma com ferramentas como Databricks, SQL, Python e PowerBI, servindo como ponte fundamental entre a ciência de dados, as estratégias de negócios e a mitigação preventiva da inadimplência.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

·       Avaliar e aprimorar os modelos de crédito para aplicação em estratégias.

·       Desenvolver e realizar a manutenção contínua das políticas de crédito voltadas para Pessoa Física (PF).

·       Definir e monitorar estratégias de crédito, projetando os principais KPIs de inadimplência (Overdue, NPL e comportamento de safras).

·       Desenhar, implementar e acompanhar testes A/B estruturados para otimização contínua de políticas.

·       Homologar e acompanhar a implementação sistêmica no Motor de Crédito, mantendo a documentação técnica atualizada.

·       Colaborar de forma próxima com os times de Motor de Crédito, Modelagem, Risco, FP&A e Produtos, garantindo alinhamento operacional e estratégico.Requisitos e qualificações

·       Conhecimento aprofundado e visão de todo o ciclo de crédito (originação, manutenção, limites e cobrança).

·       Experiência prévia no desenho de políticas de crédito para Pessoa Física em produtos de alto volume.

·       Domínio avançado de SQL e/ou Python para manipulação, cruzamento e modelagem de dados.

·       Familiaridade com o ambiente Databricks e ferramentas de BI (ex: PowerBI).
