Aqui, todas as pessoas podem ser quem são, com liberdade, respeito e orgulho.Se essa também é sua missão, a Creditas pode ser o seu próximo passo.Responsabilidades e atribuições Sobre o papelO objetivo da posição é acelerar a maturidade da gestão de riscos da Creditas: realizar diagnóstico e revisão crítica nos primeiros 90 dias e, em até 1 ano, consolidar a metodologia, os KRIs e os fóruns de governança. A posição exige alto grau de julgamento técnico, capacidade analítica e relacionamento com as áreas de negócio.RequisitosIdentificar, avaliar e monitorar os principais riscos da companhia, revisando processos, mudanças relevantes enovos produtos.Conduzir avaliações de risco com as áreas de negócio, analisando causas, impactos, controles e planos demitigação. Manter e evoluir a matriz de riscos e KRIs, garantindo informações atualizadas e acionáveis para a tomada dedecisão.Acompanhar planos de ação e eventos de risco, avaliando criticamente a efetividade das medidas adotadas.Preparar reportes executivos e materiais para a liderança e fóruns de governança.
