Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!(LI-HYBRID)(LI-RL1)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) profissional para atuar como Analista SOC N2, com foco em monitoramento, triagem e investigação inicial de alertas de segurança.A posição será responsável por analisar eventos recebidos pelo SIEM, validar o contexto dos alertas, identificar possíveis falsos positivos e realizar o encaminhamento adequado aos clientes.É fundamental ter senso crítico, capacidade analítica e boa interpretação de eventos de segurança, evitando o simples repasse de alertas sem investigação prévia.Principais responsabilidades- Monitorar eventos e alertas de segurança gerados pelas plataformas de SIEM. - Realizar a triagem dos alertas recebidos, avaliando criticidade, contexto e possível impacto. - Executar a primeira investigação para identificar se o evento possui características de:   - falso positivo;   - comportamento esperado;   - atividade suspeita;   - possível incidente de segurança. - Correlacionar informações de diferentes fontes de logs para enriquecer a análise. - Validar informações como usuário, origem, destino, IP, hostname, horário, tipo de evento e comportamento associado. - Documentar de forma clara a análise realizada e as evidências identificadas. - Encaminhar alertas relevantes aos clientes com contexto técnico, evidências e recomendação inicial. - Evitar o envio de alertas sem análise ou sem informações suficientes para tomada de decisão. - Realizar escalonamento de eventos críticos conforme playbooks e procedimentos definidos. - Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de Engenharia de SIEM, Threat Hunting e CSIRT quando necessário. - Apoiar na identificação de falsos positivos recorrentes e oportunidades de refinamento das regras. - Cumprir os SLAs de atendimento e escalonamento definidos para cada cliente. - Registrar corretamente todas as tratativas nos sistemas internos de atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos uma pessoa com forte senso crítico, que não se limite apenas a encaminhar alertas.O profissional deve ser capaz de analisar o contexto, questionar o comportamento observado e buscar evidências adicionais antes de concluir ou escalar um evento.Objetivo da funçãoGarantir que os alertas enviados aos clientes tenham passado por uma análise inicial consistente, com contexto suficiente para apoiar a tomada de decisão e reduzir o envio de falsos positivos ou eventos sem investigação adequada.Conhecimentos técnicos desejados- Experiência com operação de SOC ou monitoramento de segurança. - Conhecimento em plataformas de SIEM. - Capacidade de análise e correlação de logs. - Conhecimentos básicos ou intermediários em:   - Windows;   - Active Directory;   - Microsoft Entra ID;   - redes TCP/IP;   - DNS;   - HTTP/HTTPS;   - autenticação;   - firewall;   - endpoint;   - proxy;   - cloud. - Conhecimento de conceitos de segurança da informação e resposta a incidentes. - Noções de MITRE ATT&CK. - Capacidade de interpretar eventos relacionados a identidade, endpoint, rede e aplicações.Diferenciais- Experiência com Microsoft Sentinel. - Experiência com Microsoft Defender. - Experiência com Google SecOps. - Conhecimento em KQL. - Experiência com investigação de incidentes. - Experiência em ambiente MSS/SOC com múltiplos clientes.Jornada de trabalho- Escala 12x36 – período diurno. - Atuação em ambiente de SOC com operação contínua e atendimento a múltiplos clientes.- Local de atuação - SÃO PAULO / SANTANAInformações adicionais🍛 Vale-alimentação ou vale-refeição;👨🏼‍🎓 Desconto em cursos, universidades e instituições de idiomas;📚 Academia Stefanini — plataforma com cursos on-line, gratuitos, atualizados e com certificado;🗣 Mentoring;💉 Clube de vantagens para consultas e exames;🏥 Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica;💰 Clube de vantagens e descontos nos melhores estabelecimentos;🛫 Clube de viagens;🐶 Convênio para pets.
