O maior desafio da área para esse ano é fomentar o uso dos projetos educacionais de Soluções Moderna sobretudo no que diz respeito aos recursos impressos e digitais, além de auxiliar as redes de ensino parceiras nos processos de recomposição de aprendizagem, considerando os impactos da pandemia na educação pública.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO profissional será responsável por prestar assessoria pedagógica aos professores, gestores escolares e gestores das secretarias de educação dos municípios e estados adotantes dos projetos de Soluções Moderna. Suas principais atribuições são: formação docente, alinhamento e articulação com outros formadores, apoio na utilização de recursos digitais e relacionamento com clientes. O profissional é peça-chave para o atingimento dos objetivos da área , uma vez que atuará na retenção de clientes e, eventualmente, na prospecção de novos parceiros.Requisitos e qualificações Formação em Pedagogia, Licenciatura em Letras ou Licenciatura em Matemática. Especializações na área de educação avaliação e gestão escolar são importantes diferenciais. Domínio de ferramentas digitais Microsoft e Google e plataformas educacionais.
