Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo(a) para atuar presencialmente em nosso escritório em São Paulo/SP.Este profissional será responsável por proporcionar uma experiência de atendimento diferenciada aos clientes, parceiros e visitantes da Troon Capital, sendo o primeiro ponto de contato da empresa e contribuindo para um ambiente acolhedor, organizado e alinhado ao padrão de excelência que caracteriza nossa atuação.Procuramos uma pessoa com elevada capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal, comunicação refinada, postura profissional, discrição e atenção aos detalhes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar clientes, parceiros, fornecedores e visitantes com cordialidade, elegância e profissionalismo;Garantir uma experiência de atendimento alinhada ao padrão de excelência da Troon Capital;Realizar atendimento telefônico e digital, direcionando demandas com agilidade e assertividade;Organizar e controlar a agenda das salas de reunião e espaços corporativos;Preparar ambientes para reuniões presenciais, garantindo excelência na recepção e hospitalidade dos clientes;Coordenar serviços de apoio, copa e facilidades do escritório, assegurando organização e qualidade do ambiente corporativo;Receber, controlar e distribuir correspondências, encomendas e documentos;Realizar cotações, compras e gestão de estoque de materiais administrativos, escritório e copa;Apoiar o controle e encaminhamento de notas fiscais, boletos e documentos administrativos;Acompanhar fornecedores e prestadores de serviços relacionados à infraestrutura, manutenção e facilities;Prestar suporte administrativo às áreas internas da empresa;Auxiliar na organização de eventos corporativos, reuniões com clientes e encontros institucionais;Zelar pela organização, apresentação e bom funcionamento das instalações da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Experiência prévia em recepção, atendimento, hotelaria, clínicas de alto padrão, mercado financeiro, escritórios de advocacia, consultorias ou segmentos voltados ao público de alta renda;Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Postura profissional, discrição e confidencialidade no tratamento das informações;Forte capacidade de organização e gestão de múltiplas demandas;Facilidade para relacionamento interpessoal e atendimento personalizado;Conhecimento do pacote Office;Boa apresentação pessoal compatível com ambiente corporativo executivo.DiferenciaisEnsino Superior Cursando ou Completo;Vivência em family offices, wealth management, mercado financeiro ou empresas de serviços premium.
