Então venha fazer parte do nosso time da Randoncorp!Temos oportunidade para ASSISTENTE ADMINISTRATIVO na FRASLE MOBILITY unidade NAKATA (Extrema/MG)!Venha fazer parte deste time! #vemprarandoncorp.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuportar a equipe de analistas na execução das seguintes atividades operacionais:Acompanhar o sequenciamento da programação de carregamento e processo produtivo no CD;Solicitar a coleta aos transportadores assegurando disposição dos veículos no horário das janela de carregamento, bem como a disposição das equipes de carga/decarga em quantidade suficiente para atendimento da demanda diária;Orientar atividade de manobra e estacionamento das carretas nas docas de carregamento e área de parqueamento.Realizar check list de veículo, controle de acesso (Pré-Alerta) com equipe de portaria;Monitorar para que a documentação (Romaneio, Notas fiscais e Cte quando necessário) esteja disponibilizadas ao transportador ao término do carregamento, em tempo adequado, para não prejudicar o inicio de viagem.Registrar saída sistêmica no TMS;Suportar processo de Inbound do CD no acompanhamento de chegada veículos de transferência, importações e fornecedores diversos conforme janela de recebimento e SLA pré-estabelecido;Realizar agendamento de entrega e follow up de chegada dos veículos nos clientes;Acompanhar tratativas de ocorrência e insucesso na entrega suportando e orientando os transportadores conforme caderno de especificações e procedimento de trabalho;Apoiar nas atividade de logística reversa com os transportadores em atendimento as demandas solicitadas pelas áreas técnicas e comercial da Frasle Mobility; Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara se candidatar à vaga, você deverá ter:• Ensino Médio completo;• Conhecimento em Excel e Pacote Office.Diferenciais:• Graduação em andamento em Logística, Administração ou cursos correlatos ao escopo da posição;• Vivência em atividades operacionais na área de expedição e transportes;• Conhecimento em sistemas WMS e TMS.Informações adicionaisDisponibilidade para atuar em horário administrativo ou primeiro turno.
