Estamos buscando uma pessoa para integrar nosso time de Marketing e atuar na criação de conteúdos, gestão de redes sociais, relacionamento com parceiros e acompanhamento de resultados.Se você tem olhar criativo, gosta de redes sociais e de transformar ideias em conteúdos que geram conexão, essa pode ser uma ótima oportunidade para você.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCriação de legendas, roteiros, conteúdos e desdobramentos para Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok e Pinterest; Apoio na construção de narrativas para campanhas, lançamentos, produtos e projetos da marca; Pesquisa de referências, tendências, formatos e oportunidades de conteúdo nas redes sociais; Programação, acompanhamento e publicação de posts e stories; Atendimento e interação com a comunidade através das redes sociais; Apoio no relacionamento e contato com influenciadores, parceiros e criadores de conteúdo; Organização de informações, alinhamentos e entregáveis relacionados às parcerias; Monitoramento recorrente das redes sociais e acompanhamento dos principais indicadores de performance; Apoio na consolidação de dados e elaboração de relatórios de desempenho dos canais, conteúdos e parcerias; Leitura dos resultados para identificação de aprendizados, oportunidades e pontos de atenção; Apoio nas demandas e projetos do time de Marketing. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em Marketing, Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas;Excelente comunicação escrita e facilidade para adaptar linguagem e tom de voz;Criatividade e capacidade de construir boas narrativas;Olhar atento para redes sociais, comportamento digital e tendências;Organização, proatividade e senso de prioridade;Facilidade para se comunicar e construir relacionamentos com diferentes públicos;Perfil colaborativo e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Interesse por dados e capacidade de transformar métricas em aprendizados para os conteúdos;Conhecimento básico de Excel para organização, acompanhamento e análise de dados e relatórios.
