Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de PCP e Controle de Industrialização para integrar nosso time e atuar no acompanhamento do fluxo de materiais e no fechamento das ordens de produção e industrialização. Essa posição terá papel fundamental na conexão entre PCP, fornecedores, produção, estoque, fiscal e financeiro, garantindo que os materiais estejam disponíveis no prazo, que as ordens sejam corretamente finalizadas e que todo o processo de industrialização esteja devidamente documentado e lançado no sistema.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar o PCP de materiais, identificando necessidades, faltas e pendências que possam impactar a produção.Realizar follow-up de materiais e garantir o envio das pendências aos fornecedores e áreas responsáveis.Acompanhar as Ordens de Produção (OPs) desde o envio dos materiais até a conclusão da industrialização.Controlar os processos de remessa para industrialização, acompanhando materiais enviados e respectivos documentos.Receber e conferir Notas Fiscais de Industrialização, verificando quantidades, valores, OPs e demais informações.Realizar a conferência final das ordens, comparando o planejado, enviado, produzido e efetivamente recebido.Efetuar o lançamento/entrada das notas fiscais no sistema ERP, garantindo a correta vinculação às respectivas OPs.Acompanhar os prazos de pagamento dos fornecedores, garantindo que a documentação esteja correta e disponível para processamento financeiro.Controlar diferenças entre as quantidades enviadas, produzidas e recebidas, identificando divergências e garantindo sua regularização.Realizar cobrança e follow-up com fornecedores para solução de faltas, divergências de quantidade, documentação e demais pendências.Manter controles atualizados de OPs em aberto, materiais pendentes, NFs, divergências e processos aguardando fechamento.Apoiar a elaboração de controles e indicadores relacionados ao desempenho de fornecedores, materiais e fechamento das ordens.Atuar de forma integrada com PCP, Compras, Produção, Estoque, Fiscal e Financeiro.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; desejável formação técnica ou superior em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão da Produção ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência anterior em PCP, produção, compras, logística ou controle de industrialização.Conhecimento em acompanhamento de materiais e controle de ordens de produção.Experiência com Notas Fiscais e processos de entrada/recebimento de materiais ou serviços.Conhecimento em sistemas ERP.Bons conhecimentos de Excel.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar múltiplas pendências simultaneamente.Boa comunicação e habilidade para realizar follow-up e cobrança de fornecedores.Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a prazos.
