Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para fazer parte da nossa equipe. Se você é uma pessoa organizada, atenta aos detalhes, esta pode ser a oportunidade perfeita para você. Como Assistente Financeiro, você será responsável por fornecer suporte administrativo em diferentes áreas da empresa, ajudando a manter os processos internos funcionando de maneira eficiente. Também irá executar serviços de apoio nas áreas de: administração e finanças com ênfase na área de Contas a Pagar e a Receber e Tesouraria; irá atender fornecedores e clientes, fornecendo e recebendo informações sobre a parte financeira; além de preparar relatórios e planilhas pertinentes ao setor.

Responsabilidades e atribuições ·         Apoiar as rotinas operacionais e administrativas do departamento financeiro;

·         Realizar lançamentos, conferências e controles internos;

·         Organizar e arquivar documentos da área;

·         Apoiar o acompanhamento das rotinas de contas a pagar e/ou contas a receber;

·         Auxiliar na conferência de documentos, valores e informações, contribuindo para a identificação de possíveis divergências;

·         Elaborar e atualizar planilhas e controles financeiros;

·         Prestar suporte às demais áreas da empresa para a fluidez das operações diárias;

·         Participar de atividades e eventos corporativos, conforme necessidade da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (ou equivalente); formação técnica ou superior em Administração será considerada um diferencial;Experiência prévia em funções administrativas ou de escritório será um diferencial Excelente habilidade de organização e gerenciamento do tempo;Conhecimento básico em pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e habilidade em aprender novas ferramentas de software;Boa habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e realizar tarefas sob supervisão mínima.Informações adicionaisRemuneração competitiva com base na experiência;Benefícios adicionais como assistência médica, odontológica e vale-refeição;Possibilidade de crescimento na empresa e de ampliar suas habilidades administrativas;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma empresa em crescimento, com possibilidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
