O CIEE/SC, em seus 40 anos de história, se tornou sinônimo de esperança e oportunidades, mudando as vidas de milhares de jovens e suas famílias, por meio da educação, do trabalho digno e geração de renda.Acreditamos que a promoção da inclusão social do jovem no mundo do trabalho é fator decisivo para uma sociedade melhor e mais igualitária, e se isto te move também, venha fazer parte da nossa equipe!Etapas do processo seletivo:Inscrição e avaliação dos currículos;Bate-papo com a pessoa recrutadora (de forma online);Entrevista técnica com o Supervisor(a)/Coordenador(a) local;Feedbacks e/ou proposta (sempre com transparência, empatia e respeito).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua missão será:Participar do processo de inserção dos adolescentes e jovens no mundo trabalho de forma que seus direitos sejam garantidos e que eles tenham ferramentas adequadas para o seu desenvolvimento e protagonismo.Suas atividades serão:Realizar os acompanhamentos especiais com as famílias e os jovens da unidade/agência; (individuais, grupo, visitas domiciliares, visitas nas empresas);  Confeccionar laudo referente aos acompanhamentos especiais; Apoiar o fomento dos referenciamentos prioritários dos jovens de famílias mais vulneráveis e contra referenciamento, sempre que necessário; Realizar visita técnica nas empresas parceiras onde estão inseridos os aprendizes da agência/unidade; Articular com CRAS, CREAS e outros equipamentos e entidades socioassistenciais o encaminhamento dos adolescentes e jovens para as oportunidades dos Programas do CIEE/SC;Participar das reuniões do CMAS e CMDCA; Elaborar e controlar prazos dos processos do CMDCA e CMAS;  Demais rotinas pertinentes ao cargo e setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Serviço Social;Registro no CRESS/SC ativo;Disponibilidade para 30h semanais;Experiência prévia na função;Conhecimento sobre a Lei da Aprendizagem e Estatuto da Criança e Adolescente será um diferencial.Informações adicionais💙 Para cuidar de você, oferecemos:🩺 Assistência médica (Unimed) → com coparticipação de 50% nos procedimentos, sem mensalidade para o(a) colaborador(a).
