Responsabilidades e atribuições Como ASSISTENTE TECNICO II você será responsável por:Prestar suporte aos engenheiros no controle dos contratos e na organização do arquivo físico e digital, garantindo a disponibilidade as informações. Assegurar as informações da execução de obras para elaboração de ofícios e respostas aos stakeholders interessados;Solicitar abertura de contratos de prestação de serviço ou aquisição de materiais (Necessidade de Compras) e acompanhar o andamento do pedido de compras: aprovações, prazo de entrega e o recebimento dos materiais e serviços.Auxiliar na emissão de relatórios técnicos, memoriais descritivos, cronogramas físicos-financeiros e demais documentos de apoio para contratação de obra ou serviço;Assistência na administração dos contratos nos requisitos prazo, quantidade e saldo financeiro. Assegurar as informações da execução de obras para elaboração de ofícios e respostas aos stakeholders interessados;Apoiar as respostas aos TROS (Termo de registro de ocorrências), recebendo ofício, organizando reunião e definindo junto com a equipe o planejamento executivo;Requisitos e qualificações É importante para nós que você tenha:Ensino Médio Completo ou Técnico;Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office;Residir em São José dos Pinhais/PR ou Curitiba/PR.Será um diferencial se você possuir:Ensino Superior Cursando em Engenharia Civil e/ou curso específico na área de Edificações, Administração, Logística, ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, de suporte técnico, planejamento ou controle em ambientes relacionados a obras, engenharia ou pavimentação.Experiência com relatórios e gestão de documentos.
