Será responsável por identificar riscos, antecipar desvios, apoiar decisões estratégicas e impulsionar melhorias, sempre equilibrando eficiência, governança e visão de negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir avaliações de riscos corporativos, operacionais, financeiros, regulatórios e tecnológicos, propondo ações de mitigação adequadas;Mapear, revisar e testar a efetividade dos controles internos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e ganho de eficiência;Apoiar a evolução e manutenção da matriz de riscos e controles (RCM), garantindo alinhamento às melhores práticas de mercado;Atuar como parceiro de negócio junto às áreas corporativas e operacionais, promovendo a cultura de riscos e controles internos;Monitorar planos de ação decorrentes de auditorias internas, externas, avaliações de riscos e autoavaliações de controles;Desenvolver, acompanhar e reportar indicadores de riscos (KRIs) e métricas de controles para suporte à tomada de decisão;Avaliar riscos e controles em projetos estratégicos, iniciativas de transformação digital e mudanças de processos;Elaborar apresentações executivas e reportes gerenciais para comitês, liderança e demais fóruns de governança;Apoiar auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações regulatórias, garantindo a adequada disponibilização de evidências e informações;Contribuir para o fortalecimento do ambiente de governança, compliance e controles internos da organização;Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas a SOX, COSO, gestão de riscos corporativos (ERM) e demais requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em Gestão de Riscos, Controles Internos, Auditoria Interna, Compliance ou Governança Corporativa;Conhecimento de riscos operacionais, financeiros, regulatórios, tecnológicos e de continuidade de negócios;Excel avançado;Power BI para construção e análise de indicadores, dashboards e monitoramento contínuo;PowerPoint para apresentações executivas;Conhecimento em SAP e/ou outros ERPs corporativos;Experiência com ferramentas de GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), como Archer, ServiceNow, SAP GRC, AuditBoard, TeamMate ou similares;Familiaridade com análise de dados e automação de controles utilizando Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) será considerada diferencial; Certificação CIA, CRMA, CCSA em Gestão de Riscos, Governança ou Compliance;Certificação ISO 31000, ISO 37301 ou ISO 27001;Certificação PMP, Agile ou similares será considerada diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosSaúde e Bem-estar para você e seus(suas) dependentes:Assistência Médica.Assistência Odontológica.Seguro de Vida.Parceria com academias (GymPass e TotalPass).Como empresa cidadã, também oferecemos extensão da Licença Maternidade/Parentalidade e Paternidade.SESC: Para você e sua família aproveitarem os benefícios nas áreas de educação, saúde, cultura e lazer. Na empresa:Vale refeição ou refeição no local (CDs).  PPR: Programa Anual de Participação nos Resultados.Vale Transporte.Benefícios que só o GPA tem:Universidade do Varejo GPA: Valorizamos o protagonismo e incentivamos o autodesenvolvimento dos nossos(as) colaboradores(as) e você poderá ter acesso a ferramentas, conteúdos e soluções educacionais atuais e de excelente qualidade para o seu desenvolvimento. Prosin: Programa de recrutamento interno com oportunidades que contribuem para o desenvolvimento da sua carreira. Programa VEM: Para você aproveitar os descontos em produtos das marcas próprias do GPA. Serviço Social:Atendimento gratuito com psicólogos e assistentes sociais, para você e seus familiares, 7 dias por semana, 24 horas por dia.Você também pode optar por:Cooperativa de Crédito (participantes da Cooperativa possuem descontos exclusivos com empresas parceiras).Previdência Privada.
