Auxiliar o dentista no atendimento odontológico ao paciente, otimizando a execução dos procedimentos e garantindo a qualidade do serviço prestado, seguindo as instruções de trabalho determinadas em manual de procedimento padrão da empresa. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparar o paciente para o atendimento, verificando qual o procedimento que será realizado e preparar e organizar todo o material necessário na mesa de apoio para auxiliar o atendimento do dentista,Orientar o paciente sobre cuidados com a higiene bucal, conforme manual de procedimento padrão da empresa;Realizar o pedido, acompanhar a entrega dos aparelhos pelo laboratório e conferir os aparelhos, garantindo que estejam prontos para o dia da consulta ;Promover a conservação e a manutenção dos equipamentos odontológicos;Lubrificar as canetas de alta e baixa rotação conforme orientação do fabricante;Processar filme radiográfico; Auxiliar e instrumentar os profissionais nas intervenções clínicas, conforme manual de procedimento padrão da empresa;Manipular materiais de uso odontológico; Selecionar moldeiras; Preparar modelos em gesso; Aplicar medidas de biossegurança no armazenamento, transporte, manuseio e descarte de produtos e resíduos odontológicos; Adotar medidas de biossegurança visando ao controle de infecção. Executar limpeza, assepsia, desinfecção e esterilização do instrumental, equipamentos odontológicos e do ambiente de trabalho; Recolher e fazer a lavagem, desinfecção e esterilização dos materiais e instrumentais da clínica, conforme manual de procedimentos padrão estabelecido pela empresa;Embalar e datar com prazo de validade todo o material lavado para em seguida colocar na autoclave para a esterilização;Utilizar corretamente os equipamentos de proteção individual, conforme procedimentos padrão estabelecido pela empresa;Realizar limpeza geral da sala de esterilização semanalmente (lavar e desinfetar paredes, pisos, armários e superfícies em geral); Fazer testes químicos e biológicos na autoclave conforme as exigências da vigilância sanitária;Observar os requisitos técnicos de uso dos equipamentos (autoclave, cuba ultrassônica e demais equipamentos);Verificar datas dos materiais embalados para realizar nova limpeza e esterilização dos materiais cujo procedimento está vencido; Montar Prontuário de Pacientes que vão iniciar o tratamento conforme manual de procedimentos padrão estabelecido pela empresa;Controlar o estoque de material clínico e, quando houver a necessidade de reposição de material, solicitar ao responsável; Selecionar as fichas clínicas dos pacientes de acordo com a agenda diária de atendimentos; e arquivá-las após a utilização;Manter em ordem os arquivos de documentações odontológicas e prontuários, incluindo os arquivos dos pacientes que abandonaram, cancelaram ou concluíram tratamento; Guardar as fichas clínicas que foram avaliadas pelo administrativo;Participar de treinamentos técnicos e/ou comportamentais promovidos pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Desejável curso de Técnico em Higiene Dental e/ou Curso de Auxiliar Odontológico;Conhecimentos de materiais, instrumentais e procedimentos odontológicos.Atendimento ao cliente;Informática intermediária.CompetênciasComunicação: Habilidades para comunicação;Sociais: Relacionamento interpessoal; Trabalho em equipe; Habilidade com atendimento ao público; Simpatia;Comportamentais: Empatia; Proatividade; Ética; Simpatia; Comprometimento; Assertividade; Discrição; Dinamismo; Responsabilidade;Organizacionais: Gerenciar tempo; Planejamento e organização; Liderança.Informações adicionais
