Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Auxiliar de Triagem contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar fila de coleta auxiliando a enfermagem nos processos e fluxos com os pacientes.Diariamente recebe, retira e entrega as coletas de análises clínicas dos setores do hospital no recebimento de material do laboratório(sangue, fezes, urina e secreções) a serem encaminhadas para análise.Anotar no caderno de protocolo os dados da retirada da amostra para controle;Retirar material no almoxarifado e área técnica do laboratório para abastecer o setor, quando necessário;Entrar em contato com os auxiliares de coleta quando necessário;Realizar o atendimento telefônico móvel prioritariamente para retirada ou envio da amostra;Verifica as condições de aceitabilidade da amostra (temperatura da maleta, acondicionamento, etc.) e dá entrada no material.Registra no sistema para formalizar a entrada do material (identificação do paciente e médico solicitante, tipo de coleta, quantidade de amostras, etc.) e disponibiliza para o preparo.Faz um pré-processamento das amostras preparando-as para análise: centrifuga amostras de sangue, alíquota urina, separa os volumes, identifica os recipientes, etc.Acondiciona o material em maletas apropriadas obedecendo às orientações quanto a disposição e temperatura das amostras, junta a documentação, cadastra no sistema informatizado da empresa para registro de saída e encaminha aos laboratórios (internos e terceirizados).Cadastrar a remessa nos sites dos Laboratórios de Apoio (terceirizados), para controle.Esclarece dúvidas dos laboratórios sobre dados da coleta e pré-preparo informando-os sobre detalhes do pré-processamento, condições e datas de recebimento, etc, para continuidade do processo e avaliações de resultados.Emite planilhas sobre a movimentação de entrada, saída e pendências de processamento durante o período, para controle do superior.Cuida da organização do arquivo de documentos da área.Cuida da ordem e limpeza do local, equipamentos e ferramentas de trabalho solicitando serviços de manutenção quando necessário.Mantém controle sobre a temperatura dos refrigeradores e maletas onde são guardadas as amostras observando as marcações ideais estabelecidas; bem como, cuida da higienização e condições de refrigeração das maletas de transporte das amostras.Realizar controle de notas fiscais de insumos comprados pela supervisão/ Analista referência;Realizar inclusão, monitoramento e finalização das notas fiscais e notas de serviço em sistema P12 para pagamento.Participar de reuniões e treinamentos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Médio Completo;Experiência: Desejável conhecimento e vivência na área;Disponibilidade para treinamento.Informações adicionaisVocê poderá ser direcionado(a) para oportunidades na unidade Itaim.Atuação com carga horária de 180 - (12X36) - 19:00 às 07:00 - NOTURNOTrabalhamos com diferentes escalas (diurno e/ou noturno), alinhadas à sua disponibilidade;Oferecemos treinamento inicial em horário comercial — é importante ter disponibilidade para essa etapa.Aqui você encontra um pacote de benefícios pensado para o seu bem-estar e desenvolvimento:🏥 Assistência médica (extensivo a dependentes);😁 Assistência odontológica (extensivo a dependentes);🍽️ Vale Refeição ou Refeitório no local (de acordo com a unidade);🎯 Clube de Parcerias Rede D'Or (descontos e vantagens exclusivas);🛡️ Seguro de vida;🤝 Convênios com empresas parceiras;📚 Acesso aos treinamentos da Academia Rede D'Or (desenvolvimento contínuo);💰 Bônus por resultados (conforme atingimento e elegibilidade).
